PLASTHALL® 100

Plasthall 100 is the monoester isooctyl tallate. It has excellent compatiblity in polychloroprene as well as chlorosulfonated polyethylene and natural rubber. In polychloroprene Plasthall 100 offers good transmission fluid and water resistance and very good low temperature performance.

PLASTHALL® 207 DBES

Plasthall 207 DBES is dibutoxyethyl sebacate. It offers excellent low temperature performance in nitrile and polychloroprene. Plasthall 207 DBES also finds utility in PVC and cellulosics.

PLASTHALL® 226 DBEEA

Plasthall 226 – DBEEA is used primarily for nitrile rubber and is a very good for both low and high temperature properties.

PLASTHALL® 503

Plasthall 503 is a monomeric tallate which yields good low temperature flexibility. 503 is used in natural rubber and synthetic rubber. In polychloroprene 503 retards the cure.

PLASTHALL® 4141

Plasthall 4141 is a monomeric plasticizer that exhibits extremely good compatibility with practically all types of synthetic rubber offering low volatility with high efficiency and low temperature properties.

PARAPLEX® G-62

PARAPLEX G-62 is a high molecular weight soybean oil epoxide. G-62 combines good permanence properties stabilizing effectiveness and retention of compatibilty on aging. G-62 is typically used as a secondary heat and light stabilizer.

PLASTHALL® 209

Plasthall 209 is a highly compatible plasticizer designed to provide maximum flexibility to various types of elastomers including natural rubber SBR polychloroprene nitrile and epicholorhydrin.

PLASTHALL® 425

Plasthall 425 is octyl oleate. It is commonly used as an antiwear additive for lubricants and metal working fluids. It is also used in lower polarity polymers for its low temperature performance.

SUPRMIX® CUMAR® P-10

SUPRMIX® CUMAR® P-10 coumarone-indene resin offers multiple benefits to the rubber compounder. In mixing and extruding, SUPRMIX® CUMAR® P-10 low softing point allows it to function as plasticizer to help lower high viscosities, produce smoother extrusions. SUPRMIX® CUMAR® P-25

SUPRMIX® CUMAR® P-25 is a highly absorbent carrier with results of easier handling, weighing, faster mixing cycles and improved dispersion of the resin. SUPRMIX® CUMAR® P-25 also leaves no thick residues in the bottoms of nearly empty drums with which to contend during drum disposal and cleaning/re-conditioning.
Suprmix® CUMAR®P-25 is resistant against oxidation, moisture, dilute acids and caustics. Green strength and building tack are retained.

SUPRMIX® D-148® DRY
