TegMeR® 810 is an ester plasticizer for high polarity elastomers and plastics. This plasticizer has excellent compatibility in acrylic elastomers, VAMAC, and HNBR.

In thermoplastics like PET, TegMeR® 810 acts as a nucleating agent and lowers Tg of the plastic to allow for faster and lower temperature processing. Tg reduction is especially important in highly filled compounds.

This ester will help facilitate the crystallization formation of the polymer after extrusion and thus provide hot green strength. TegMeR® 810 has very low volatility, which is an advantage in high temperature processing.
