Plasthall 100 is the monoester isooctyl tallate. It has excellent compatiblity in polychloroprene as well as chlorosulfonated polyethylene and natural rubber. In polychloroprene Plasthall 100 offers good transmission fluid and water resistance and very good low temperature performance.
HALLCOMAG BEADS is a magnesium oxide with a naphthenic process oil binder that offers protection against degradation by moisture and carbon dioxide. This physical form is free flowing, and essentially dust-free. In some applications, HALLCOMAG BEADS can be used as a pound for pound replacement for powdered magnesium oxide.
Hallco® CAOP is based on high purity calcium hydroxide and 20% Plasthall® DOP. Wetting out the powdery, fluffy calcium hydroxide with dioctyl phthalate does several functions. The high purity of the calcium hydroxide used in Hallco® CAOP speeds the cure, prevents porosity, and acts as an acid receptor. It is used as an acid receptor. The amount of DOP wetting agent is normally not sufficient to affect any curing or processing properties of the fluoroelastomer polymers.
SUPRMIX® CUMAR® P-10 coumarone-indene resin offers multiple benefits to the rubber compounder. In mixing and extruding, SUPRMIX® CUMAR® P-10 low softing point allows it to function as plasticizer to help lower high viscosities, produce smoother extrusions. This compound provides building tack and green strength to unvulcanized rubber to allow the uncured parts to hold some rigidity and shape.
SUPRMIX® CUMAR® P-25 is a highly absorbent carrier with results of easier handling, weighing, faster mixing cycles and improved dispersion of the resin. SUPRMIX® CUMAR® P-25 also leaves no thick residues in the bottoms of nearly empty drums with which to contend during drum disposal and cleaning/re-conditioning.
Suprmix® CUMAR®P-25 is resistant against oxidation, moisture, dilute acids and caustics. Green strength and building tack are retained.
SUPRMIX® D-148 eliminates the problems in weighing and the need to scrape out the weighing container during the mixing cycle by our incorporating the D-148 process aid on our amorphous silica carrier to make a free flowing powder dispersion. SUPRMIX® D-148 can be used effectively in place of several higher priced products. It is neutral in most cure systems and contains no waxes or silicones to affect adhesion or bonding qualities. It is highly compatible in SBR, CR and is also useful in natural rubber and EPDM.
SUPRMIX® EPON® 828 is a dispersion of this extremely useful, but viscous liquid on our amorphous silica carrier. The result is a free flowing, easy-to-handle powder that incorporates quickly into rubber compounds. SUPRMIX® EPON® 828 is used as a tackifier, cross-linker and adhesion promoter in rubber, coatings, composites, chemical resistant tank linings, grouts, electrical applications, construction, castings, flooring, concrete, adhesion formulations and many other uses too numerous to list.

SUPRMIX SR-172 is a compound consisting of 72% SR-172 and 28% substrate. SUPRMIXes permit liquids to be handled as powders. As SUPRMIX is incorporated into a rubber compound the active ingredient is released from its carrier allowing the active ingredient to function in the same manner as it would if it has been incorporated as a neat material.
