Our customer was looking for a product to replace DIDP for their automotive sealant application. After reviewing their current specifications and new requirements, Hallstar provided samples and data for two polymeric adipate products that were lower in volatility, reduced extraction to hydrocarbons and improved their adhesion in peel results. Paraplex® A-8000 was the product chosen for this application.
