TegMeR® 809 is a glycol ester plasticizer for high polarity elastomers and plastics. This plasticizer has excellent compatibility in acrylic elastomers, VAMAC and HNBR. TegMeR® 809 offers good resistance to water extraction and good low temperature properties. In thermoplastics like PET, TegMeR® 809 acts as a nucleating agent and lowers Tg of the plastic to allow for faster and lower temperature processing.
