  • Used In

Epon® 828 is a liquid epoxy resin made from bisphenol-A and epichlorohydrin. When Epon® 828 is hardened or cross-linked with curing agents, excellent mechanical, dielectric, and adhesive properties are obtained, as well as vastly improved chemical resistance. Suprmix Epon® 828 is a dispersion of this extremely useful, but viscous liquid on our amorphous silica carrier. The result is a free flowing, easy-to-handle powder that incorporates quickly into rubber compounds. Suprmix Epon® 828 is used as a tackifier, cross-linker and adhesion promoter in rubber, coatings, composites, chemical resistant tank linings, grouts, electrical applications, construction, castings, flooring, concrete, adhesion formulations and many other uses too numerous to list.
